Terms of Service

1. The service

Anztron ("we") provides hosted online-ordering software that businesses ("you") add to their own websites. We host the software, your store data and the store widget.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance by our payment provider, Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your store stays online until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails we may suspend your store until it is paid.

4. Payments from your customers

Customer card payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your own connected Stripe account. You are the seller: you are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, refunds and customer service. Your use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your products, images and business information, and allow us to host and display them to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not sell illegal or prohibited items, send spam, attack our systems or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend stores that break these rules.

7. Support access

Our staff may open your dashboard to help you or to keep the service running. Every such action is logged.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Anztron available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. Contact us to export or delete your data.
