What we collect

Businesses: name, email, phone, business details and subscription status. Card details for your plan are handled by Stripe.
Shoppers: name, email, phone, delivery address and order details, collected on behalf of the business you order from.

What we never collect

Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never receive or store full card details.

How we use it

To run the service: process orders, send receipts and order notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services). For shopper data, the business is responsible for it and we process it on their behalf.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. The store widget remembers a shopper's cart in their browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
